FocusFlow — ADHD Focus Timer

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FocusFlow mobile application ("the App"), developed by Chris Weaver ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using FocusFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using FocusFlow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
FocusFlow is a productivity app designed to help users manage their focus through Pomodoro-style timers, task management, and gamification features. The App is available on iOS and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FocusFlow. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
FocusFlow does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device.
FocusFlow offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription management, including cancellation and renewal, is handled through your Apple ID account settings. We do not process payments directly.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree to use FocusFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of FocusFlow — including but not limited to design, graphics, icons, and code — are owned by Chris Weaver and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
FocusFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
FocusFlow is a productivity tool and is not a medical device, therapeutic tool, or substitute for professional medical or mental health advice. If you have concerns about ADHD or any other condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chris Weaver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of FocusFlow, including but not limited to loss of data or productivity.
Your use of FocusFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is handled. All user data is stored locally on your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of FocusFlow after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using FocusFlow at any time by deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
