The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method where you work in focused intervals (typically 25 minutes) followed by short breaks. FocusFlow automates this cycle and lets you customize the durations to fit your needs.
Task Chunking breaks large, overwhelming tasks into smaller, manageable steps. When you add a task, you can estimate how many focus sessions (pomodoros) it will take, making it easier to get started without feeling overwhelmed.
Each time you complete a focus session, you water a virtual plant in your garden. Over time, your garden grows and flourishes — giving you a visual representation of your progress and consistency.
FocusFlow Pro unlocks unlimited daily tasks, full analytics and insights, all timer modes and ambient sounds, premium themes, and cloud sync across devices. You can get Pro with a one-time lifetime purchase or a monthly subscription.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find FocusFlow, and you can change or cancel your subscription from there.
Open FocusFlow, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
All your data (tasks, sessions, streaks, and settings) is stored locally on your device. We don't collect or send your data to any servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Reset All Data." This will permanently delete all your tasks, sessions, streaks, and achievements. Alternatively, deleting and reinstalling the app will also clear all data.
FocusFlow requires iOS 17.0 or later.
